Fernando Diaz is a Cal Poly Pomona alumnus, who earned his B.S. in Kinesiology & Health Promotion with an emphasis in Health Education. Following a one-year internship as a Peer Health Educator for the SHS Wellness Center, joined the center permanently in September of 2008.

Hanna Lee is a licensed clinical psychologist at Counseling and Psychological Services at Cal Poly Pomona. She also services as the outreach coordinator for any CAPS related workshops or presentations.
